 INI LAWMAKER FETES EKA  UBOK  ABASI  CAMPAIGN  ORG  

...As constituents laud his excellent records

The member representing Ini State Constituency  in the eighth (8th) Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Hon. (Dcn) Lawrence Udoide JP, has recently in Uyo, celebrated with the leadership and members of  Eka Ubok Abasi Campaign Organization.


During the occasion, the Lawmaker presented a new Toyota Car to his Campaign Director General, Hon. 0(Eld.) Isaac Moses who he described as a straightforwarded  and committed politician, a support plug and one of the strongest pillars behind his political victory.


He poured accolades on the organization, stakeholders and the entire people of Ini  for their supports during his election, " that show of love  is the reason behind this  determination to give back to my people", while promising to do more in the future.


Responding, Elder Moses, praised the legislator for finding him worthy of his benevolence, maintaining that he is humbled by the unexpected yet befitting gift.


Meanwhile, stakeholders of Ini  have heaped myriad of applause on Hon. Udoide for his performance at  the hallowed chamber of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly and his contributions to the development of his local government and its people.


Prof Ini Udoaka, a former house representative  member from  Ikono/Ini,  who is the political leader of Ini, remarked that  Udoide is  proficient on the floor of the house, noted that the lawmaker is people centric, development driven and focused, " what I see is a leader who is speaking well for the represented, primarily to ensure that the dividends of democracy are reaped by all".


While presenting the car to Elder Isaac, Prof Ini Udok, said he has received commendation from the Speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Udeme Otong who maintained that their choice of representative was  apt.


In their separate remarks, the Hon Commissioner for Agriculture Dr Offiong Offor, Represented by her husband, Dr Samuel Offor; Honorary Special Adviser to Akwa Ibom State Governor, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Ekpenyong; Transition Committee Chairman of Ini , Hon Inibehe Umah; Special Assistant to Akwa Ibom State Governor on youth Matters, Hon Charles Udofia, Hon Imoh Abam and Hon Effiong Udofia, described Udoide is a lover of his people and an eloquent legislator with excellent  records  in the first legislative year.


Others who were present during the event included, Special Assistants to the Governor on Media, Comrade Ekomobong Peter, Comrade Imoh Etimudo and NTA Efo amongst others.
