 AKISIEC Disowns Fake Returning Officer, Declares APC's Ntiedo Usoro Winner in Essien Udim By Explicit News The controversy surrounding the chairmanship election results in Essien Udim Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State has been resolved.  The Akwa Ibom Independent Electoral Commission (AKISIEC) declared Ntiedo Effiong Usoro of the All Progressives Congress (APC) the Chairman-elect. Initially, a viral video showed Professor Inyang Ating from the University of Uyo announcing the results, with Ntiedo of APC scoring 686 votes and Engr.
